San Remo is just a short distance away from the border of Menton, France. Located about 55 km from Nice Airport, and located on the luxurious Ligurian sea coast.

San Remos climate can be best described as being in perpetual spring year round. It has warm days and nice cool nights, with little change in the temperature throughout the year. It’s because of these weather conditions that it is a very popular tourist destination, as there are plenty of attractions year round for vacationers and tourists alike.

The harbors of Porto Vecchio and Porto Sole are great ways to reach the city and accomodate tourist boats. There are plenty of nice boutiques and local shops around the town and it has a permanent market, running every Tuesday and Saturday morning in Piazza Eroi Sanremesi.

When wining and dining in San Remo, there are many culinary specialities that the area offers, including Sardenara, Torta Verde, Farinata, Tallesca olives, Focaccia, and Focaccia alle Cipolle.
